Appealing on the nose, with a cool, fresh blackcurrant note. The palate shows a good core of ripe, vibrant, dark berry fruit and a hint of toast. This is an elegant and refined Moulin-Riche, with a compact nature that contrasts with some of the more exuberant St-Juliens. A lovely wine and sure to offer excellent value.
