A blend that is dominated by 70% Cabernet Sauvignon in much the same manner as the Grand Vin. The aromas reveal scented, fresh, crunchy berry fruit. Ripe and vibrant on the palate, with leafy-nuanced berry and cassis. There is a touch of austere tannin to this elegant Pavillon and an appealing vibrancy and definition.
