There is a sense of fine precision here, and a distinct minerality. Very textural with a fine ripeness to the expansive berry fruit. Mid-weight, pure and refined, Les Forts lacks the muscle or structure of the grand vin, but works so well, with its harmony and striking purity. Long and poised.
