2005 Château Duhart-Milon-Rothschild, Cru Classé Pauillac

2005 Château Duhart-Milon-Rothschild, Cru Classé Pauillac

Similar in appearance to the Carruades, the aromas lean more towards
soft-skinned hedgerow fruits. There is an opulent, gentle, mouthfilling
character; a good core of firm black fruit. A seamless quality is apparent
on the palate, with greater density that one might normally expect.
Impressive structure and balance; each new vintage seems to represent a
stride forwards. Minerally, gravelly, classic pauillac nuances linger on the
finish. A gorgeous Duhart that is very highly recommended.
