Impenetrable at the outset, this settles into a very pleasing Bdx. Dark ruby in colour with interesting fruit and complexity below the tannin. A mature Bordeaux nose of dark fruit and saddle leather. Dark fruits dominate the palate with leather and hints of mint and chocolate.
