The saying ‘like father, like son’ applies to Alfredo Roagna and his grown son Luca. They share an infectious passion for their wines that bear the family name, and for upholding a tradition dating to the 1920s. With a new winery in the hillside in Barbaresco itself, they have the perfect playground. Their philosophy is considered traditional: from nearly fifteen hectares of vines, some one hundred years old, they let the wines show their terroir, and intervene as little as possible.
