They approach vineyard management using organic growing methods, and just as fastidiously in the winery. With Pascal’s influence, they represent the most rapid change in style of any Burgundy domaine, and the wines are now quite pure and elegant, with depth of flavour.
There is no doubt that this cellar produces some of the most outstanding wines of the Côte.
