Clos Sainte Magdeleine
This domaine and its vineyards are perched up on France's highest sea cliff, Cap Canaille, jutting out above the charming fishing port of Cassis, in the heart of the Parc National des Calanques in Provence. Cassis only has 14 producers, and this is undoubtedly the most famous, thanks to American importer and wine writer Kermit Lynch’s effusive support. The domaine is famed for its dry white wines, and even today most of these are drunk in the local seafood restaurants, where they go exceptionally well with the local cuisine.
