2024 Crozes-Hermitage, Alain Graillot Dry | Red | Still

This world-renowned red Crozes-Hermitage is Alain Graillot's principal wine in terms of production, and hails from mature Syrah rootstock on the 'Les Chassis' plateau. 100% whole-cluster fermentation in stainless steel or concrete vats, followed by aging in 1–3 year-old barrels. It has an intense black fruit bouquet and plump palate of dark, hedgerow berries, a good palate-cleansing acidity and fine-grained tannins.

In organic conversion this wine is a taut, saline style of Condrieu that beautifully blends opulence with freshness and energy. The oak influence is slightly drying but helps to structure the wine. Still in its early stages, it iss more focused and straight-edged than the classic cuvée.

Hailing from vines just north of Côte Rôtie and made from 100% Syrah, this pure, medium to full-bodied wine is soft and supple, with moderate acidity, ripe tannins, and classic red and black fruit flavours, complemented by aromas of chocolate and spice.

2023 Côte-Rôtie, Domaine Graeme & Julie Bott Dry | Red | Still

This Côte-Rôtie is sourced from multiple parcels across the appellation. It was vinified with approximately 30% whole bunches and aged for 20 months in Burgundy barrels, using 5–10% new oak, resulting in a charming, supple style. Juicy, smooth, and gently spicy, it shows a subtle touch of oak. It is vibrant and appealing. Floral and refined, with notes of violets, and dark cherry alongside hints of wild herb spice. The tannins are seamless and supple, leading to a delicate, peppery bramble finish.

Dark fruits and cherries on the nose, La Viaillère has a firm and linear palate linear and moderate intensity of fruit. Full of fresh acidity throughout and a structured, concise finish.

The Côte-Rôtie Côte Blonde 2024 shows classic raspberry, tobacco and red fruits with hints of clove, pepper and spice. Rounder and richer than Landonne with balanced acidity and fine-grained tannins. Fresh, attractive and classic Côte Blonde in its structure and aromatics.

A grippy palate that has intensity and structure. Dark cherry and chocolate nose with a touch of lavender and herbs. The fruit needs to flesh out the firm backbone which is the driving force.

2023 Châteauneuf-du-Pape 'Cuvée Centenaire', Domaine de Cailloux (André Brunel) Dry | Red | Still

Awarded 93-95 Pts by Nicolas Greinacher, the 2023 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Centenaire is an intricately detailed blend of 95% Grenache and 5% Mourvèdre. The wine reveals rosewater, strawberry compote, licorice and garrigue herbs. Seductive and forward, the 2023 is distinctively refined and checks out with a focused finale. Only 4,000 bottles were produced.

The 2023 vintage in the Northern Rhône was particularly warm and dry, producing a typically very dark, deep, and concentrated wine, with notes of blackberry, violet, liquorice, and smoked meat. However, whilst powerful, it still refined, full of charm and aromatic intensity that maintains excellent energy and freshness.

Domaine de la Solitude
2024 Châteauneuf Du Pape Vin De La Solitude, Domaine de la Solitude Dry | Red | Still

With only 2,800 bottles produced, the Châteauneuf du Pape Vin de la Solitude comes from the La Solitude lieu-dit, with 50% galets roulés and 50% sandy soils. The blend includes 25% Grenache, 22% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre, 20% Counoise, 7% Cinsault, 2% Clairette Rose, and 4% other permitted varieties. It was vinified using whole clusters and aged for 15 months in neutral barrels. The wine reveals bold aromas of black cherries, black olives, roasted garrigue, and thyme, rosemary and oregano, creating a complex, rustic character. Medium to full-bodied, it boasts exceptional length.

2024 Condrieu Terrasses de l'Empire, Georges Vernay Dry | White | Still

Certified Organic the principal Condrieu from Domaine Georges Vernay comes from 50+ year-old Viognier vines in the 'Sainte Agathe' and 'La Caille' climats and is well-known as a benchmark classic of the appellation. This superb Condrieu has subtle scents and flavours of white peaches, honeysuckle, lychees and grilled nuts, a persistent palate with refreshing acidity.

2022 Côte-Rôtie Maison Rouge, Georges Vernay Dry | Red | Still

From the lieu-dit Maison Rouge, this Côte-Rôtie from 50 year old vines is characterised by its combination of power with elegance. Pure, pronounced blackberry fruit and violet are supported by spicy aromas. Beautifully structured on the palate with silky, smooth tannins and toasted notes (from 24 months in oak) on the long, persistent finish. This has almost Cornas-like tannins in their granitic spikiness. A long, savoury, traditional style. Remarkably saline. Will be complex and energetic throughout its long life.

2023 Côte-Rôtie La Blonde du Seigneur, Georges Vernay Dry | Red | Still

With a deep bluish-purple colour, the Côte-Rôtie 'Blonde du Seigneur' has classic Syrah aromas of black pepper and olive brine along with notes of juicy blueberry and plum, Vivacious, with refreshing acidity, grainy tannins and a lengthy smooth finish. It has a long life ahead but is approachable now.

Paul Jaboulet Aîné
2024 Hermitage Le Chevalier de Stérimberg, Paul Jaboulet Aîné Dry | White | Still

A blend of 75% Marsanne and 25% Roussanne. Whole-bunch pressed and cold-settled. The nose is fresh and sweet with hints of peach, offering a harmonious and complete profile. As it develops, a subtle nutty note emerges on the mid-palate. Well-balanced and approachable, it will be enjoyable relatively early.

2023 Crozes-Hermitage, 'Domaine de Thalabert', Paul Jaboulet Aîné Dry | Red | Still

Made from 100% destemmed fruit with daily pumpovers, this medium-bodied wine shows classic black raspberry, blackberries and blackcurrants with some spice, pepper, and hints of floral notes. Well integrated oak with a smooth ripe tannic finish.
