Drinking Port

With its dried fruit flavours, full body and balanced sweetness, there’s good reason aged Vintage Port is often the grand finale of a fine meal. Port’s a wine that requires longer aging than most. The best vintages to enjoy at the moment are those from the late 1970s and 1980s, where 30 years’ aging has softened them into a rich, round and complex wine.
