Mulberry, black cherry and wild strawberries combine with black olive, liquorice and leather notes. The palate is generous yet there is structure and focus.

A delicious Sangiovese from one of the very best producers in Brunello, layers of red berries and spice combined with sour cherries and liquorice spice as well as fine grained tannins and a juiciness on the core.

2019 is a remarkable vintage that displays a similar elegance to that of the 2016. The wine is awash with red berry fruits, cranberries and blood orange notes combined with wild flowers and crushed raspberries. The palate shows great energy and focus with refreshing acidity, fine grained tannins as well as lots of concentration and length.
