The top wine from dynamic Champagne house Thiénot, founded by Alain Thiénot in 1985. Only 3,300 bottles are produced and 2010 is the first year they have not let the base wines go through malolactic fermentation, lending the final Champagne with added tension and brisk acidity. It's 100% Chardonnay, and full of crisp lemon and green apple fruit, with lots of mineral notes and fine jasmine aromas. Long, fine and elegant.

Fresh and textural white wine with pithy citrus, aromatic white peach and pear flavours. There's plenty of herbal notes and white floral notes too. Fresh but with some spicy, nutty flavours from 22% new French oak.

The first vintage of this wine to be released outside of the US, Illumination is a rich, textured white sourced from both Napa and Sonoma valleys. Expect a musky, aromatic style of Sauvignon Blanc with lemon, melon and peach, with richness and weight from Semillon.
