2024 Pinot Noir, Bannockburn, Felton Road, Central Otago Dry | Red | Still | 13.8%

The nose of the Bannockburn Pinot Noir opens with a seductive perfume of violets, rose petal with a subtle accent of exotic spice. The ripe berry fruit dances on the palate with an ethereal, elegant quality. There is a little savoury suggestion of wild herbs and pepper with a delicate, fine-grained tannin that frames the layers of fruit. A vibrant Pinot with freshness and intrigue.

Ready: 2025 - 2034
2024 Dry Riesling, Felton Road, Central Otago Dry | White | Still | 12.5%

The aromatic nose offers bright notes of spring blossom, mandarin, and fresh ginger. On the palate, flavours of pear and tropical fruit unfold. Rich and textural, with a crisp acidity that leads to a long, dry finish.

Ready: 2025 - 2032
2019 La Dame de Montrose, St-Estèphe (2025 Ex-Château release) Dry | Red | Still | 14.5%

Opens with a beautiful, classic nose of exotic spice, tobacco, graphite, with a lift of violet and dark cherry. There is brilliant drive here, very linear and focused. Classically Saint Estèphe this is supple, sinewy, with dazzling intensity and direction that rides through the palate. There is a deft balance of fruit and power, sculpted and poised with a sense of grandness and ambition too. A wine that has forgotten how to be a second wine.

Ready: 2025 - 2040

2023 Bin 389 Cabernet/Shiraz, Penfolds, South Australia Dry | Red | Still | 14.5%

This blend of Cabernet (51%) and Shiraz (49%) with fruit sourced from McLaren Vale, Padthaway and Barossa Valley is fresh and perfectly balanced in 2023. There's black berries, liquorice, star anise and fennel, with notes of roasted meat juices and cedar wood on the nose. Full-bodied with a rounded, textural palate and inky, fine-grained tannins, that lead to a silky, savory, black-fruited finish. Excellent.

Young: 2026 - 2052
PN TX 20, Bollinger Dry | White | Sparkling | 12.5%

The 6th iteration of Bollinger’s PN series – a spotlight on Pinot Noir – is predominantly 2020 base with reserve wines coming from 2019 and 2008/2012 (aged in magnum). The finest iteration of the PN series to date, this opens with aromas of white peach, plum, and mirabelle. Behind this comes red currant fruit and a hint of fresh mango. There is a real sense of precision, depth of flavour and saline energy to this wine. An irresistible elegance bubbles from the glass with a lacy feel to the mousse on the palate. Long, mineral and saline on the finish. Excellent.

Ready: 2025 - 2044
