Mostly from the 2020 vintage and aged on the lees for two years, this is a vibrant, energetic and concentrated Blanc de Blancs. The nose balances ripe green apple, conference pear, white flowers and an intense graphite minerality. The palate is detailed and vibrant, with salted almond, poached pear, lemon peel, and peach notes Taut acidity and mouth-filling texture lead to a long, mineral finish. Dosage : 1g/l. Corallian, Langham’s Chardonnay dominant cuvée is focused, saline and elegant, while at the same time expresses the freshness of 2021 in its fruit. The nose opens with bright lemon zest and jasmine flower, complemented by mineral notes of sea spray and charred citrus. On the palate, there are flavours of blood orange, ripe nectarine, bay leaf and lemon thyme, with subtle white pepper accents. The finish shows pronounced saline minerality and lifted acidity.

Culver is Langham’s Pinot dominant Classic Cuvée, and is more rich and broad in character than the Corallian, its Chardonnay dominant counterpart. Predominantly from 2021 vintage base wines, with bright red cherry, cranberry and apple blossom on the nose. There are rich, creamy, fine bubbles to the medium length, and nice freshness combining with spice and minerality. Gold Medal & Best Classic Cuvée NV – WineGB Awards 2025.

An elegant, delicious and complex Rosé. Lifted aromatic nose of pepper, blood orange and pomegranate. The palate is structured and complex with mouth-watering acidity and a long finish. 2g/L dosage.

Château Batailley 2016 speaks very clearly of its Pauillac pedigree. Opening with brooding cassis fruit and accents of graphite it is a restrained and artistocratic wine. Flavours of cedar and cocoa nib lift from the core of dark hedgerow fruit, with sculpted, sinewy tannins. It is a wine of intensity and shows layers of complexity. A real standout from this Fifth Growth estate.

This is a Crozes-Hermitage from granitic soils. It is bold and unmistakably Syrah with notes of pepper, roast beef, black cherry fruit and graphite. There is wonderful intensity to the wine with layers of complexity with flavours of violets, tapenade, and a little liquorice root. Drinking perfectly now, it is a wine of real class.

The 2009 La Chapelle is modern legend of Hermitage. It has a soaring, complex, complete nose of ripe blackberries, dark chocolate, white pepper, and still some floral character. It is bold and muscular in style, showing a little puppy fat still despite 15 years in bottle. The palate is mouth-filling yet silky. It is a wine of concentration and boldness but real detail and complexity. There is the intensity and notes of smoked meat and warm rocks matched with rich and juicy dark fruits. It is a wine with a long life ahead of it.

The 2024 vintage blend is around 90% Tinto Fino and 10% Garnacha. A wine of huge potential, it shows a beautiful primary character of violets, hedgerow fruit with sinewy, supple tannin. There are accents of wild herbs and liquorice root with a freshness that runs through to the finish.

A blend of 95% Tinto Fino and 5% Garnacha, this is comprised of old vine parcels from across the village of La Horra as well as younger, massal selection vines. It offers a nose of bright red cherry, rosehip, vanilla and wild herbs. The palate is fresh, beautifully defined and full of intensity. With around 10% new oak, the tannins offer a gentle grip to frame the fruit with an energy running through the wine that demonstrates a real capacity to age. Production this year is down significantly due to April frosts.
