2025 Polish Hill Riesling, Grosset, Clare Valley Dry | White | Still

Polish Hill is an eight-hectare vineyard planted in 1996 at 460m above sea level and one of the coolest spots in the Clare Valley. Here the grapes are tiny with thick skins, adding structure to the wine. Thanks to a warm and dry season, and biodynamic farming Jeffrey Grosset is extremely happy with the quality of the vintage despite volumes being notably reduced owing to the lack of water. Racy with electric acidity, it then broadens on the palate with complex and concentrated layers of saline minerality, spice, ripe green apple fruit and citrus flavours with a lovely texture. The finish is structured, linear and very, very long. A Grosset Riesling for the ages.

2022 Chardonnay, Pyramid Valley, Canterbury Dry | White | Still

A vibrant, fresh Chardonnay with notes of yellow flowers, acacia and butterscotch. A rounded and creamy feel on the palate there are intense flavours of peach and stone fruits. This is a fun, effortless Chardonnay with plenty of ripe stone fruit and accents of oak for complexity.

Ready: 2025 - 2028
2021 Pinot Noir, Pyramid Valley, Canterbury Dry | Red | Still

An enticing nose of dark cherry fruit, a hint of earthiness, violets and a little of festive spice lifts from the glass. There is great balance and energy here with a lovely ripe cherry fruit to balance. Showing so well now, this has found its peak.

Ready: 2025 - 2029
2017 Moulin de la Lagune, Haut-Médoc (2025 Ex-Château release) Dry | Red | Still | 13%

A deliciously approachable claret that opens with fleshy bramble and hedgerow fruit with a little savoury accent of tobacco and wild herbs. Mid-weight and bright, this is soft and supple on the palate with an easy charm. Excellent value.

Ready: 2020 - 2028
2021 Chianti Classico Riserva, Querciabella, Tuscany Dry | Red | Still | 14%

A superbly elegant and intense Chianti Classico Riserva from this much-lauded vintage, the wine opens with beautiful aromatics of violets, wild herbs and hedgerow fruit. There is a sleekness and elegance through the palate with a core of wild cherry, a little white pepper and a sense of salinity behind the fruit. The tannins finely frame the fruit with a lovely tension and the finish builds through the palate with accents of raspberry and liquorice.

Ready: 2025 - 2036
2014 Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut, Taittinger Dry | White | Sparkling | 12.5%

2020 Les Orizeaux, Champagne Chartogne-Taillet White | Sparkling

This parcel of Pinot Noir vines sits just above Alexandre's Les Barres vineyard. It has been a longstanding favourite among the family. The soil here is an unusual mix of sandy topsoil and chalky limestone bedrock, giving the wine both a plump volume and a taut refinement. Good ageing potential.

Ready: 2025 - 2037
2017 Le Grain de Beauté, Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, Jacques Lassaigne (Disgorged March 2024) Dry | White | Sparkling | 12%

This comes from a single plot called Les Paluets, where old vines thrive in the chalky soils. Fermentation in oak barrels gives the wine a fullness and depth
