An evening of bubbles and revelry with Francois Huré
There are very few things more exciting in the wine world than the blossoming grower Champagne movement. Terroir, precision, and pure happiness in a glass, who wouldn’t be intrigued?
That’s why we’re excited to host a very special evening with one of the growers at the forefront of the movement, Champagne Huré Frères, hailing from the Premier Cru village of Ludes. Winemaker Francois Huré joins us from the winery, and despite his youthful appearance he is wise beyond his years, linking generations of know-how that came before him with the rapidly evolving landscape in Champagne.
Francois along with his brother and viticulturalist Pierre impressively run the entire operation with guidance from their father, Raoul. They firmly believe that Champagne is a patchwork quilt of different terroirs - with each village, each slope, and each plot of land offering its own unique aromatic profile.
Their organic and sustainable farming practices aim to respect these differences and express them across all of their Champagnes. The resulting wines are energetic, complex, and mostly importantly, a pleasure to drink.
For the evening we will be taking over the private dining room at The 10 Cases - a lynchpin of the fine wine scene in London and where the superb Franco-European fare will be a brilliant match for the wines of Huré Frères.

If you can no longer make it, you’re welcome to find a guest to attend in your place - simply share the name of the new attendee with us. If you fail to do so, we’ll do our very best to credit your ticket towards the purchase of future wines, although regrettably, we cannot process credits with less than 48 hours’ notice prior to the start of the event.
