A RISING SUPERSTAR AND SOME OF TUSCANY’S MOST EXCITING WINES
From Tenuta Sette Cieli, the view is extraordinary, and for not one reason, but two.
The first is the view of the Mediterranean, just down the hill from the vines, along Tuscany’s famous Bolgheri coast.
The second is the view of the original vineyard of Sassicaia, just one hill over from Tenuta Sette Cieli’s lands.
So here’s some of the most exciting terroir in this part of Italy, and given the altitude (400m above sea level) and climate (maritime meets mediterranean), they’ve planted largely Bordeaux varieties here in the quest for a fresher take on a Super Tuscan.
But their terroir is not the only exciting story here: there’s also a phenomenal young winemaker at the helm, Elena Pozzolini. Having studied under the likes of Rajat Parr and worked at some very famous names in the region, she’s now wholly in charge at Tenuta Sette Cieli, and her experience and energy shows.
We’re thrilled to steal her away from her vines for just one night in London, for a small dinner showcasing the entire range of her wines. She’s a rising star, with quite a lot to say and to share, and we’re excited to introduce her to you.
Places will be strictly limited to 15 seats.
