Join us for a Michelin-starred dinner with one of our favourite Chablis producers
Samuel Billaud is one of our favourite Chablis producers, so we leapt at the chance to host dinner for him with our customers.
We have twelve seats available for customers to join Samuel himself as he presents a flight of his Premiers and Grands cru wines, accompanied by a specially-chosen menu at the Michelin-starred La Trompette in Chiswick. Having struck out on his own from the family business, Samuel has confirmed himself as one of Chablis' finest producers, in the very "top echelon" according to Neal Martin of the Wine Advocate, and a firm favourite of Lay & Wheeler customers.

If you have any dietary requirements please inform us at least one week in advance.
In the event of cancellation full refunds will only be given if we are notified at least seven days before the date of the tasting. Should you need to cancel closer to the date, we’ll make every effort to resell the ticket on your behalf and grant a refund.
It may, on rare occasions, be necessary to substitute any of the wines advertised for wine of a similar or better quality.
