Now striding into its fourth vintage, Lindi Carien is a superb white blend from Alheit Vineyards' assistant winemaker Franco Lourens. Combining Chenin Blanc with 54% Verdelho, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne, it's a focused, herbal, layered cuvée with subtle oak, some skin tannins and an incredibly focused, refreshing finish.
