A blend of Cabernet from different spots at different altitudes. Lovely juicy fruit, with plenty of richness, yet also a crunchiness to the red berry fruit. The palate is structured and mineral, with a finish that lasts for minutes. Very good.

Five vineyards - three in Stellenbosch and two in Tulbagh - supply the grapes for this pure Cabernet, which lives up to its name on the palate. Ripe and well structured, with plenty of tannins and bite and good concentration.
