Made from grapes grown on Mount Veeder's highest vineyards, the focus here is to preserve the brilliant natural acidity of the wine. This shows both power and elegance, with lovely, concentrated fruit and a lick of oak to provide texture. Less than half the production was bottled this year, due the the fires in 2017, meaning only 1,100 cases could be released.
