This wine from a south-south-west facing vineyard has an intense, open floral nose. The palate suggests crushed wild strawberries, cherries, liquorice and the heady flavours of sumac spice. The lovely mouthfeel reveals a refined wine with considerable grip to the tannins at present and a lingering finish.
