Literally meaning between the sky and the land, this is a blend of Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It’s a savoury, saline, gastronomic Champagne from clay and limestone soils, with loads of pure fruit and lots of autolytic character from five years on the lees, too. This is so long and so refined.
