This classic N/V blend from Louis Roederer has a high proportion of estate grown grapes in the blend (60%). It is roughly equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Its long elevage and expert blending mean this is one of the most consistent and high quality non-vintage blends on the market. It is crisp and fresh on the nose, with subtle notes of biscuit and spice. The palate has a creamy texture, and vibrant, refreshing length. Perfectly balanced.
