2002 Crozes-Hermitage Blanc, Etienne Pochon
Pochon's super white crozes is largely Marsanne, hence the aromas of ripe peaches on the nose accompanied by a whiff of sweet spice. Its broad palate offers a fine balance between richness and acidity. Serve with any cuisine of the south of France, with chicken or fish in rich sauces.
