2001 Cairanne Rouge Haut-Coustias, Domaine de l'Oratoire St-Martin
The top cuvée from this domaine spends two years in oak and is mainly Mourvèdre from low-yielding 65-year vines. An unfined and unfiltered gem which is full of rich blackberries and violets, underpinned by wonderful spice and toasty pepper.
