2010 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Lavaux-St-Jacques, Denis Mortet
This wine reflects the cool hillside site, having a sharp, crisp and delicate red berry, perfumed character that is less ‘obvious’ and more stylish. The rich spice and oak is still evident, retaining a lovely mouthfeel that is fine and pure with very long length.
