The domaine has just 0.25 hectares of this revered vineyard. Discreet and timid. But it opens with notes of spice, flowers and red fruits. And then there’s that acidity, and that salinity that is so cool and well balanced, with amazing elegance and fine texture. I love the length here. It lasts for minutes, so good.
