Subtle yet intense nose with almond, hazel and gentle caramel notes. Great richness on the attack, but bone dry. Intense, opulent and elegant all at the same time. Powerfully flavoured but delicately structured. Very long, with flavours of grilled nuts, caramel and warm citrus fruit. This is a magnificent Palo Cortado which exhibits an almost too easy drinkability.
