The Family Red Blend from Adi Badenhorst is a blend of Shiraz, Mourvèèdre, Grenache, and Tinta Barocca, that comes from small parcels on Adi’s estate, and from a few tiny parcels from his neighbours. It’s a real Swartland benchmark, which balances ripe and wild fruit, with wonderful freshness and minerality. It ages brilliantly, but is produced in small quantities - around 10,000 bottles a year.
