Cinsault which is sourced from a 43 year old, dry farmed bush vine plot. It is a wine of realy purity and energy that opens with notes of wild strawberries, rose petals and cranberries. There is a hint of wild herbs and white pepper, with a sleek and sinewy feel through the palate.
