A blend of 30% Roussanne from the Stellenbosch and the Paardeberg, 28% Chenin Blanc from Paardeberg on decomposed granite and from Malmesbury on iron-rich soils, 20% Chardonnay from the Ceres Plateau, 15% Semillon blanc from the Swartland, and 7% Clairette blanche from 45 year old vines in Worcester. This is a beautifully aromatic, spicy white with focus and precision.
