The more delicate and perfumed of the single vineyard wines, this is more backwards in style today. There’s a lot of citrus alongside the red fruit, with notes of pomegranate and blood orange. Lovely powdery tannins, and a long finish.

First made in 2011, Seadragon has quietly established itself as one of the New World's best Pinot Noirs. Sourced from a warmer, north-facing parcel of the 113 clone on deeper clay solils, it's a textured, supple, very complete Pinot Noir, showing notes of tobacco leaf, white pepper, raspberry and wild strawberry and a neat, refreshing finish. 2024-32
