This Albariño is from an unnamed source in the Cape with a small experimental block, and just 9,000 bottles were produced. It’s zesty and energetic, with notes of pithy lemon and loads of floral lift, too. There’s a salty tang on the finish that would make it the perfect foil for seafood. A simply brilliant wine, at a brilliant price.
