The 2021 Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon has a ripeness and creaminess, and comes from vineyards on the Polkadraai, as well as from the Helderberg near the old Cordoba vineyard. This is intense, ripe, and brilliantly balanced, with so much fresh minerality on the finish. Brilliant.
