2019 Palomino, Vino pH, Piekenierskloof
This comes from Piekenierskloof, from a vineyard at 670m of elevation, which ensures that this maintains vibrant acidity and plenty of cool fruit. It's fermented in egg, with a portion of skin contact, and that gives a beautiful texture and just a hint of ginger spice, too. It's spicy, with guava and a slight herbal lift. Delicious.
