Now seeing no new oak whatsoever, the 2017 Palladius is pure, energetic, and very very long. A blend of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Clairette Blanche , Viognier, Verdelho, Roussanne, Semillon Gris, Semillon Blanc and Palomino, it’s as textured and impressive a white as you’ll find.
