A blend of the best of the East Ridge vineyard blocks. This has tons of dark plum and black cherry fruit, along with licorice and some subtle tobacco notes. It still has the textbook Hirsch lift and sappiness, with some clove and fresh mint providing brighter aromatics. Pliant and textural, with supple tannins.
