This is a selection of the finest Chardonnay parcels from each vintage, chosen for their quality after barrel fermentation has taken place. Two lots were chosen this year, one from the Rousten parcel and one from Perrone. This is very complex, with layers of orchard fruit and fresh lemon, lots of mineral tones, roasted nuts, and a creamy, rich texture.
