Corison is beloved by Napa fans everywhere, famed for it's classic style, something Cathy Corison never wavered from in all the Napa blockbuster years. The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is charming and in complete keeping with the house style. There's some intensity to the fruit, with red and black cherry as well as cassis. There's development already coming through with some subtle cedar and tobacco notes. Open and effusive but with classic structure, it's also built to age for a good 20 years.
