Monte Bello consists predominantly of Cabernet Sauvignon supported by small proportions of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. The wine always has extraordinary levels of concentration supported by a fresh fruit flavour, and the 2000 is no exception with its composed weight, alluring tannic texture and fine long finish. This is a superb wine.
