A perennial flavourite, the Estate wine from Kumeu River is drawn from six vineyard sites. The 2021 vintage was affected by spring frost in 2020 and subsequently yield was 35% less than usual. But the wine is excellent with very concentrated fruit, with juicy and pithy citrus, and layers of mineral, toasty complexity.
