The ‘Sauvage Vineyard' is 5.8 hectares of Pinot Noir located in Bannockburn on the northeast side of Felton Road. Elegant and powerful in equal measure, it's got lifted rose petal and lilac on the nose, with deeper pepper, brine aromas in the background. On the palate it's got red cherry, pomegranate and cola flavours, and silky, ripe tannins.
