‘Burn Cottage Vineyard’ Pinot Noir comes from the eponymous site, made with 10% whole bunch and around 25% new oak. It's full of raspberry and pomegranate fruit, with mineral notes, licorice and rose. Delicate and focused, with medium body and a deceptively long finish.
