Burn Cottage Vineyards is a highly-acclaimed producer in the foothills of the Pisa range in Central Otago, New Zealand, founded in 2002. Farmed biodynamically, it impresses with its bright, vibrant red fruits and savoury herbal notes, with a baking spice component at the end. The tannins are silky and finely delineated. There's lifted, refreshing acidity and a long finish full of finesse.
