2018 Meltwater Sauvignon Blanc, Corofin, Marlborough
Made from grapes harvested at altitude in the Wairau Valley, this shows mango, pineapple and juicy, red apple on the nose, tying in beautifully with crisp, vibrant acidity and a touch of grip on the palate. There's a mineral backbone that helps maintain freshess and compliments the more citrus and herb flavours. This is a superb example of Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough.
