Seresin Estate does not release its Riesling until it has a few years’ bottle age. This gives the wine time to develop deeper,more complex flavours and this is a very fine example of how versatile this grape variety can be. Wonderfully dry on the palate, notes of citrus, red apple, grapefruit and hints of honeysuckle. Marvellous stuff!
