The indigenous name for a flock of birds, this exceptional dry Riesling is the result of a unique collaboration between Ernst Loosen of Dr. Loosen Estate and the Barry family of Clare Valley. It draws inspiration from Germany's Grosses Gewächs wines. This is a generous riesling full of oyster shell minerality and a richer fruit profile of yellow melon and exotic fruits. The wine is laced with both tension and softness, thanks to extended lees contact and two years in barrel, prior to a year ageing in bottle.
