79% Shiraz and 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, made from vines between 30 and 100 years of age. This really shows why Shiraz blended with Cab Sauv has become such a hallmark of top Australian reds. It's got the intense, fruity core of Shiraz, with the more rigid structure of Cabernet. On the nose, a combination of dark berries is complimented by fresh thyme, and black pepper, along with more exotic star anise and cardamom.
