An incredibly concentrated Riesling from this high-altitude single vineyard with hard, rocky soils that produce tiny, thick-skinned grapes. Elegant and powerful, with tons of complex aromas and flavours. Aromatic lemon peel, jasmine, lime leaf, fennel, white pepper all complements typical and precise Clare Valley flavours of lime, lemon, and green apple.
